Based in Salford Quays, Greater Manchester, we have a deep-rooted history in the lighting industry which is continuing to grow and flourish. Our factory started producing products for the lighting industry in 2001, originally manufacturing fixtures and fittings. As the market evolved, so did the factory as we moved over to manufacturing printed circuit boards for LED’s.

The evolution of our production factory in line with the changes in the lighting industry has allowed RICOMAN to design, develop and manufacture products that are tailored to the needs of the contemporary lighting market.

We ensure we use top class components from Samsung, CREE, Bridgelux, Mean Well and Tridonic so that all our products are fully CE compliant and conform to the relevant EU directive of LVD, EMC, ErP and RoHS. Many of the products are certified by TüV, Germany, to give our clients extra peace of mind. We are also a member of the Lighting Industry Association (LIA) and the Society of Light and Lighting (SLL).

EASE OF INSTALLATION

Our luminaires have been specifically designed to provide a simple and fast installation. We also offer a range of accessories designed to solve various installation challenges. Mounting panel lights into a burgess ceiling or flush mounting to a plasterboard ceiling with our Z Clips are just two examples. Our Research and Development Team are constantly looking for new ways to make the contractor’s job easier by producing functional and imaginative installation solutions.

BESPOKE SOLUTIONS

Our dedicated Product Conversion Team works hard to supply fittings that suit your specific project needs. We can adapt products in many ways, add plugs, pins, emergency and sensor options or even replace diffusers to comply with lighting specifications. Our bespoke solutions can reduce labour time and in turn cost.

CONNECTIVITY/ SMART LIGHTING CONTROLS
