For seventy years, Snaidero has been designing and manufacturing customized kitchen furniture.

Born in 1946 as a craftsman shop, thanks to Cavaliere Rino Snaidero, today, under the direction of the President Edi Snaidero, our Company has not forgotten its origins; on the contrary, the secret of its uniqueness is rooted in the past and in the heritage of great craftsmanship, as well as in the exclusive author’s design: a valuable strategy founded on the combination between aesthetic innovation and industrial craftsmanship. Indeed, every kitchen is manufactured in Italy through a production process on order, thus working specifically on customizations, which at Snaidero’s are the custom and not the exception.

Our collaborations with the best names of the design Made in Italy began back in the ’60s and immediately became our corporate strategy: today, the Snaidero models boast prestigious designers such as, by way of an example, Pininfarina and Massimo Iosa Ghini, and represent in Italy and abroad symbols of aesthetic and quality excellence, so much to win for 11 times the Good Design Award of the prestigious Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture.

Thanks to the uniqueness of its products, Snaidero has been exporting its kitchens all over the world for over 50 years, aiming at a positioning that relies on the value of a refined design, totally Made in Italy. The Good Design Award, run by the Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design, is the most prestigious award in the world for new products that stand out for their exceptional design, functionality and aesthetics. THE INDUSTRY OF "MADE TO MEASURE"

INDUSTRIAL CRAFTSMANSHIP AND TECHNOLOGICAL RESEARCH

All Snaidero kitchens are made in Italy at a production facility covering an area of 115,000 m2. An advanced integrated IT system manages the entire production process from the moment an order is received, covering the material acquisition, manufacturing, assembly and delivery stages. Snaidero has employed a "just-in-time" production strategy since 1994, which is supported by a fully qualified team of craftsmen. This approach enables us to offer personalised options for each and every kitchen whenever required by customers. The large number of automated processes at work enables us to produce an average of 2000 kitchens per day.

INTERNATIONALISATION

Snaidero has been exporting its kitchens all over the globe for over 40 years now, via a network of 250 specialist stores in over 80 countries. Our market positioning focuses on the values of refined designs which are 100% made in Italy and capable of embodying the image of style, quality of life, creativity, elegance and good taste that Italian products are famous for all throughout the world. CONTRACT

TAILOR-MADE DESIGN

Snaidero has been a regular and trusted partner to a large number of property concerns dealing in large-scale supply contracts for over 20 years. In 1999 we created a Contract division to provide direct customer support in this particular market area, which requires certain specific demands to be met in terms of product flexibility, services, delivery times and pre-sales and after-sales support. Today, the Snaidero Contract division operates in and covers most of the globe: from North America to Europe and the Middle and Far East. ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

QUALITY THAT GOES FURTHER

Every Snaidero product is made using extremely high quality components and materials (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and SA8000 certified) and according to a well-defined environmental policy. This equates to careful and responsible use of wood as a raw material, in line with strict international standards regarding sustainable management of woods/forests and of the global ecosystem as a whole. Moreover, all Snaidero kitchens are made using panels that comply with the European "E1" formaldehyde emission limit classification. As far as the production process is concerned, the company has been using water-based paints in its matt finishes since 2006, reducing environmental impact to negligible levels.
