Rectangular shower base ACQUA ZERO

extra-flatcompositemineral stone

Overview
Acqua Zero is a low-profile shower tray manufactured in Akron® with a smooth micro-textured surface and a round Akron® drain cover featuring water-wave lines. Designed for modern residential and contract bathrooms, it delivers an integrated, hygienic and easy-to-maintain solution for tile or wet-room installations.

Material and finish
Produced entirely in Akron®, a reinforced composite of polyurethane and mineral fillers (silica-free). Akron® provides high-definition textures, impact resistance, hydrolysis and thermal-shock resistance, an antibacterial surface treatment and low VOC emissions. The tray surface is uniformly micro-textured for visual purity and simplified cleaning.

Design and integration
The tray includes a round Akron® drain cover finished in the same colour and micro-texture to create a monolithic appearance. The drain cover’s water-wave pattern functions as a decorative focal point while remaining fully integrated with the tray surface; colour matching and finish options are available for coordinated installations.

Performance and safety
Acqua Zero offers high slip resistance for daily use and durability for both residential and contract environments. The surface is hygienic, easy to maintain and can be repaired locally for minor scratches using dedicated Akron® repair kits. Certified antibacterial treatment and evaluated low VOC emissions support specification in commercial projects.
