Overview
The Ahrend Cerene Collection offers a functional range of acoustic office pods (space-in-space solutions) for flexible spaces and open-plan offices. These acoustic boxes create private workplaces for video calls, concentrated work or meetings while supporting a comfortable acoustic environment.

Design and appearance
The Cerene features upholstered rounded outer walls, horizontal lines at top and bottom and a solid oak door handle. Outer walls can be upholstered in various fabrics or finished with an acoustic panel with oak slats. The design supports personalization options such as art prints, moss walls, PET felt or an XL whiteboard.

Acoustics and ventilation
The Cerene provides high sound insulation and complies with ISO 23351 class A. Upholstered interior panels reduce reverberation inside the pod and outer walls help improve the acoustic conditions in the surrounding environment. The pod has an innovative ventilation system: warm air is exhausted through fans in the ceiling while cool air enters through the underside, providing continuous fresh air. The system ensures 1 full air change per minute (the air in the Cerene is completely refreshed every minute).

Ergonomics and interior
The Cerene supports healthy and ergonomic working postures. Pods can be equipped with sit-stand desks and ergonomic office chairs to encourage posture variation, promote circulation, and increase concentration. Layouts are configured to create a complete ergonomic workplace for one or several users depending on the variant.

Flexibility and modularity
The Chat, Meet and Meet XL variants have a modular structure allowing size and layout adjustments to fit changing office requirements. Interiors and layouts can be adapted if the activity for which the pod is used changes in the future.

Sustainability and maintenance
The Cerene is designed for long-term use and circularity. Many parts are easy to upgrade or replace, and materials can be reused within the collection or via circular services. The modular construction facilitates refurbishment and component replacement.
