Transparent cast acrylic sheets for sound barriers with embedded polyamide threads. Due to the polyamide reinforcement system, the sheets prevent fragmentation caused by a vehicle crashing into the sound barrier. Sound barriers equipped with Premium 30 sheets are the perfect solution for installation on flyovers, bridges and in city centres and do not need an additional restraining system. The sheets can be used as protective barriers on bridges, overpasses, in dangerous turns with low visibility, etc. The Premium sheets do not require an additional protective system against falling, since the polyamide fibres retain broken particles in case of impact. Standard sheet dimensions are 4000 x 2000, 3000 x 2000, and 2500 x 2000 mm. Polyamide fibers of min. 2 mm thickness are available in transparent and black variants. They can be installed horizontally or vertically.
