Manufacturing, Testing & Quality
ALUX manufactures integrated louvered roof systems with end-to-end in-house processes from profile storage and CNC machining to prototyping, assembly, finish inspection and export packing. Factory scale and credentials are shared with B2B buyers. Testing includes salt-spray, wind-load, snow-load, UV weathering, waterproof/drainage and louver rotation life-cycle tests.
