EVASTEEL® is the unique combination of a V4A stainless steel collar (1.4401) and an alwitra membrane coating (EVALASTIC® or EVALON®). EVASTEEL® components are optimized for the alwitra system to ensure safe drainage of rooftop waters and fast, efficient installation.

General characteristics
EVASTEEL® components feature a wide V4A stainless steel connection collar specifically configured for alwitra products, with an EVALASTIC® or EVALON® membrane coating of 1.5 mm thickness. Exposed parts are polished and seawater-resistant, providing long service life.

Products and variants
Main EVASTEEL® variants available:

• EVASTEEL® 110 base element – collar (connection to vapor barrier). Manufactured in V4A stainless steel (1.4401), with fixing holes in the corners. Available without connection collar or with factory-fitted bituminous connection collar.
• EVASTEEL® 100 extension elements (short & long) – for thermal insulation up to 170 mm (short) or 520 mm (long). Usable as extension element, renovation drain, or vertical emergency drain with retention element. EVALASTIC® or EVALON® collar supplied.
• EVASTEEL® 75 horizontal drain – horizontal outlet usable as main drain or emergency drain. Manufactured in V4A stainless steel (1.4401). EVALASTIC® or EVALON® collar supplied, color matched to the waterproofing membrane. Extremely flat profile (height only 90 mm).

Installation function and compatibility
Components are optimized for the alwitra system and ready for connection. The connection diameter always conforms to the DN series of socket pipes, facilitating integration into standard drainage networks. The connection collar can be welded directly to the component in the same material.
