Its tailored design allows these anti vibration mounts to provide two different vertical stiffness values, thanks to the architecture of the rubber. This is particularly interesting for mobile applications where the vertical movement must be controlled.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The design of these anti vibration mounts has been optimized using FEM, this process ensures that the stress in the rubber compound is homogeneous and within acceptable limits throughout the section of the anti vibration mount.
The above architecture of the mount allows two vertical stiffnesses, this feature allows better control of the vertical movement of the suspended element. These mounts are supplied with rebound and centering washers to limit movement in compression/traction. Like the rest of the AMC-MECANOCAUCHO Conical anti vibration mounts, the horizontal stability is assured thanks to the parallel faces between the external and internal component metals.

The metal parts are coated with Zinc Nickel, ensuring they can withstand arduous corrosive environments.
