Instant Roll Basic is a perfect speed rolling door for inside spaces medium size and intensive use, such as production areas or walkways between warehouses. It has been designed to occupy a minimal space and be able to withstand light wind loads. It is made of a self-supporting structure of galvanized and pre-lacquered sheet and a curtain which incorporates a series of longitudinal reinforcements providing stiffness thanks to a tubular profile made with composite materials. This tubular profile has an outstanding resistance to breakage, even coming from violent impacts from vehicles moving about, as well as high flexibility. Unlike other models, the speed Instant Roll Basic is equipped with a frequency converter to control the speed of the door rising and descent, being therefore able to eliminate the strong impacts caused by the engine starting and stopping, and to increase its reliability. It is an insulating door offering a high performance and ensuring the highest safety thanks to the existing photocell curtain across the whole door width and up to 2.5 meters high, which detects any object, even small. Besides, it also offers various finishing such as different colours similar to RAL for the curtain, and a structure that can also be made in galvanized steel or painted in RAL colour.
