Certain metal finishes are classified as “finishing changes and discolour over time” (living colours). These finishes are unlacquered and will naturally patinate or change appearance over months/years, creating a distinctive, evolving finish.

The following finishes are subject to this behaviour:

• Brushed Nickel (NL): becomes more matt and may develop dark spots.
• Raw Brass (OG): darkens and frequently touched areas develop a patina.
• Polished Brass (OL): darkens and frequently touched areas develop a patina.
• Brushed Brass (OS): darkens and frequently touched areas develop a patina.
• Brushed Nickel (NS): becomes more matt and may develop dark spots.
• Tuscan Brass (TB): frequently touched parts fade, exposing brass and developing a patina.
