The duo pack Swedish ladder is made of beech wood. It has 16 beech oval rungs (40x30 mm). Round rungs ø 36 mm on request. No extra charge. Reversible chin-up bar mounted on the Stall Bar. It can be easily reversed and designed to be safe. Elegant wooden design with integrated folding arms. 14 bars offer various grip positions and different angles for stretching and bodyweight exercises. Can be used in combination with resistance bands for a multifunction training station for the entire body. The Swedish ladder can also be installed in rooms with skirting boards, using 5 cm thick wooden spacers. Upon request, we deliver thicker spacers, at no extra charge. Wall bars could be delivered with two wood slats ( mounting boards) for installing on the Wall, 33 mm thick. No additional charge.
