The White-Washed Sun-Burned Reclaimed Wood Door is crafted from original reclaimed, FSC-certified solid wood, carefully selected for its durability, history, and natural beauty. Each surface is sun-burned and then white-washed, creating a striking balance between the deep, weathered patina of aged wood and the lighter, contemporary tones of the white finish. This artisanal dual treatment enhances the wood’s grain and texture, bringing out a unique interplay of light and shadow that makes every door truly one of a kind. To protect and enrich the surface, the door is sealed with a water-based matte lacquer (5% gloss), preserving its authentic character while adding subtle refinement. With a door leaf thickness of 45 mm, available with or without overlap, and custom-made sizes up to 240 × 120 cm, it offers both strength and versatility. The weight is approximately 28 kg/m² for the door leaf only and around 31 kg/m² with frame. The standard frame size is 92 mm depth × 54 mm width, with extension options available, and the door can be ordered either as a complete set with frame or as a standalone leaf. Compatible with concealed and pivot systems, hardware options are available upon request.
