Forging technology is one of the oldest and most widely used metal forming processes by deforming it. Since the ancient times wrought iron has adorned palace complexes, castles and houses of prominent people. Nowadays, wrought iron is commercialized using machines for its production and it is accessible to almost everyone. Forging used to be done manually and by heating the metal with blacksmith fire, while today forging is mainly performed by machines, and warming is mainly done by burners or induction process in the induction coils.
