Konstantin Grcic opened the Extrusions collection with the Table B in 2009. He has been inspired by classic BD pieces such as the Hypóstila shelf, in developing a tabletop of extruded aluminium with a minimal profile and for lengths of up to 500 cm. The Table B can reach up to five metres using a simple profile of extruded aluminium. Its apparent simplicity covers a complex technical development where important engineers have participated. The result is a piece of excelling craftsmanship, carrying the German designers character. Silver Delta Award 2009 winner. Top in extruded, scotch polished and anodized silver aluminium. Surface laminating available in matte from Fenix or natural oak (Oberflex). Legs in architectural concrete in grey with steel concrete base fastening plate painted in epoxy polyester, silver color, for both interior and exterior use. Optional cable management kit available.
