The BEMO-DOME substructure is suitable for compensating for building tolerances. Unevenness in the supporting structure can be quickly and easily compensated over several axes. The system follows the shape of the building and allows the standing seam halter to be adjusted exactly to every installation situation.
The result is a visually perfect metal covering of the surface structure. The required fastening points, distances from the supporting frame and alignment of the standing seam halters are determined by BEMO based on a 3D scan of the supporting structure. The installer receives a grid plan from BEMO with all necessary details required for easy installation using standard tools. The console fastening points are measured by BEMO directly at the location of the project, and are securely marked. The perfect static separated system allows a low number of borehols up to 0.5 piece/square meter.
