Playground climbing net SPIDER

Central pole : Central poles are made of galvanised steel and placed at the very centre of the net structure. Its main function is to stabilize the rocking of the product and support heavy loads from several axis. They come powder coated in polyester painting. Metal: We use a variety of metal compounds which are resistant to corrosion, wear and vandalism, including stainless steel, anodised aluminium, iron with electrolytic zinc plating and powder coating and hot-galvanised steel. Ropes: Net ropes are specially designed and made for this product. They consist of a steel core surrounded by 6 steel braided chords coated in polyamide. Ropes diameters are according to specific parameter such as the weight and equipment tension. Moreover, they provide high resistance against UV rays and corrosion. Net junction: Ironworks are single pieces made of cast aluminium that perfectly fit into the net diameter and prevent it from moving. Paint: 1 coat of dust lacquer formed by the mixture of polyester resin, hardeners and colour pigments. Free of lead and high resistence to weather detoriation. Metallic Parts: Steel S-235, AISI-304 and aluminium. Fixings: Steel conforming to 8.8 DIN267, AISI-304 & AISI-316.
