The Stiv oak table represents the balance between fine materials and sculptural design: the elegance of marble and glass combines with the strength and natural grain of solid wood to create a distinctive dining table. Designed by Castello Lagravinese Studio in collaboration with the BertO Research & Development Team, Stiv pairs refined aesthetics with functional solutions. The structure is produced in solid natural oak and is also offered in Canaletto walnut with natural or Dark Oil finish, or in open-pore black-stained ash. Legs are shaped and angled with 5-axis machining to converge at the center, providing visual lightness and structural stability. Each base element is produced with precision, matching traditional craftsmanship and high-tech processes to ensure strength, stability and long-term durability.

Compatibility

• The Stiv table pairs with accessories from the Collection, notably the Joan and Cherie chairs.

Technical information

• Base: solid natural oak or open-pore black-stained oak, or solid Canaletto walnut with natural or Dark Oil finish; elements machined with 5-axis numerical control;
• Top: choice of 16 mm laminated glass (8 mm smoked upper layer + 8 mm extra-clear lower layer) with 30 mm bevel, or 2 cm thick marble with 40 mm contoured edge and natural glossy finish; available stones include Carrara, Marquinia, Deep Gray, Marinace Black granite, Emerald quartzite, Roman and Bronze travertine;
• Plate for glass top: stainless steel plate with die-cut non-stick transparent plastic gasket, 40 mm bevel;
• Plates for marble top: fixing system consisting of 4 pairs of adjustable plates to compensate the natural movements and twists of the solid wood base;
• Underside for marble: multi-layered MDF with dark grey aluminium and contoured edge.
