A New Chair with 60 years of History Created in the mid-1950s, the Portuguese chair is a national cultural symbol. Known on every terrace in the country, it is now reborn and ready for indoor spaces with BICAchair displaying collections with various styles and personalities. Inspired and born on the streets of Lisbon, BICAchair has over the years been the seat of poets, artists, politicians, students, friends, and family. Faithful to the original model of wooden slatted seat, BICAchair, now more refined, the result of years of experiencing a culture that enjoys the sun and to get-together in the outdoors. The CLASSIC collection gives priority to comfort and quality. Therefore, we chose the Original Portuguese chair in wooden slats of IPÊ (tropical wood resistant to the weather).
