Bisley Workshop presents our ToolStor heavy duty 8 x no.5 mobile bin cupboard. The BIS604263W cupboard has heavy duty galvanised steel shelves that can each hold a load capacity of 100kg (UDL). All shelves are adjustable on a 25mm pitch within the cupboards internal vertical rail system. The 3 shelves support a combined total of 8 x No.5 industrial plastic storage bins that are made of acid, oil and solvent proof high density Polyethylene. These open fronted bins are a simple and effective solution for organising components or small part storage. They and can be stacked on top of each other or hung on louvre panels using the moulded in rear lip. The smooth thermoplastic inner walls make them easy to clean. The reinforced base of the cupboards sits on top of 4 x 150mm high heavy duty rubber tyre castors, with each having a 120kg capacity. The 2 braked and 2 swivel castors can have dual settings by using the supplied brackets. These allow you to have 4 full swivel castors in order to move around your workspace freely or in tight spaces. The BIS604263W mobile cupboard comes fitted with a high grade slip resistant Nitrile rubber worktop lining contained within a four sided steel tray top. The Nitrile rubber top has a high oil resistance and also prevents items from accidentally rolling off while the cupboard is in motion. Butyl mats for use with Skydrol aviation fluid and more corrosive day-to-day hydraulic fluids are also available on request. To aide content security of your organised small part storage, the heavy duty steel lockable doors feature our patented push-to-shut paddle handle and three point locking system.
