Sporting a compact, geometric, boxy silhouette, it has a strongly contemporary look reinforced by low backrests, squared low arms and a set of generous seat cushions that sit on a slim platform deck. The sled metal bases are recessed from the side of the sofa for a distinctive, more dynamic shape. Wide foam-filled seats provide excellent support when sitting or lying down. Easy to open and close, Jimmy is the perfect example of a modern sofa bed designed to deliver great performance both at day and night. It quickly opens up just by pulling the backrest and lowering the base and mattress onto the floor. Once opened, the bed reveals a slatted base in FSC-certified wood and a Simmons pocket sprung mattress available in large single, French double or large double sizes, all 200 cm long. The best night’s sleep is ensured by independently packed metal springs which are sewn into aerated pockets using the innovative Lap-seal technology. This guarantees elastic yet resilient coils, and prevents them from creating an annoying domino effect when shifting position, reducing motion transfer. Plus, you can add a cover to conceal the metal parts of the pull-out frame. Jimmy is available in sizes 195, 205 and 225 cm, in 2 / 3 seater models, or modular with open end sections, chaise lounge or in corner layouts.
