11" television ALGOL

Algol* has always been there, with its bold way of presenting itself, totally turned towards us, for a less rigid, more participatory and aware use of the television medium. Portable to be like all the things you fall in love with, inseparable. In 1964 Marco Zanuso and Richard Sapper designed the TV Algol 11”. Made with colored plastic material (ABS) and with the use of transistors. The organic shape, characterized by the inclination of the front part of the bodywork, which ends with the screen, allowing viewing even when the appliance is placed on the ground. M. Zanuso compared it to a little dog that looks up at its master. Over the years, various versions will be created, color management will be added, but all versions will keep the original concept of Algol unchanged. *Regenerated product (year of production 1998).
