Description Thin, large-format panels of natural crystalline marble, onyx or alabaster, reinforced on the underside or surface with extra-clear annealed or tempered glass. Specifications Marble or onyx cut into extra-thin sheets become translucent, allowing natural light to pass through. The colours and veining of natural marble are enhanced by artificial light (LED), to create a unique and outstanding appearance. For applications such as bar tops, table tops, vanity units and kitchen surfaces, the glass should be placed on the external surface to protect the marble from chemical attack. For certain applications, marble or onyx may be also placed in a sandwich between two extra-clear glass sheets.
