A modular system with generous dimensions and sculptured shapes that is versatile and “multifunctional". The tilting mechanisms on which the backrests and armrests rest make it possible to fully exploit the seat, both in depth and in width, expanding the usable surface to provide a comfortable bed. A further mechanism inside the backrest allows the headrest to be adjusted. The generous thicknesses of the seat cushions, emphasised by the elegant quilted workmanship, convey a remarkable feeling of comfort and give it a strong, contemporary character. The quilting, with its regular rhythmic sequence, is repeated on the various elements that can be placed side by side, completing the pattern and making ‘Sommier’ a central platform for living, working, socialising and relaxing. It is available in fabric or microfibre. Mechanisms: *model equipped with backrests and armrests that can be manually adjusted, so that the seat depth can be increased by 42 cm and the seat width can be increased by 25 cm per armrest side. An additional mechanism inside the backrests allows the headrest area to be tilted forward. The total depth of the model with backrests positioned outward is 148 cm (186 cm on chaise long versions and 120 cm on version BS3). The overall dimension of the model with extended armrests increases by a maximum of 22 cm per armrest side. Optional versions: couture pillow 60x60 (AM1) in feather mix, with removable cover. Coffee table (640) and tall coffee table (AT8) in metal with matt black finish.
