There’s one thing we agree on in our family - the kitchen. It’s important that the kids can use it without fear of damaging or scratching surfaces, for example. That’s the room they often play or do homework in. Most of all, for us, it’s where they’re learning to eat well. There’s always fruit and vegetables to hand, and pots and pans too. The feeling we get when we go in there is really natural - in the colours, the wood and the informal feel that Fly has at times. It only took choosing the slate door to write the shopping list on and the glass one to really make it ours.
