Product description
The Boomerang is a relax armchair with footrest, originally designed by André Ricard and first produced in 1952. Calma has reissued the model while retaining the characteristic boomerang-shaped support that defines the seat and backrest geometry. The backrest contains an internal mechanism allowing progressive adjustment of inclination to suit ergonomic seating positions.

Construction and materials
All main components — the boomerang element, seat, backrest and legs — are manufactured in natural-colored oak protected with a transparent varnish. The seat and backrest consist of a wooden frame covered by hand-braided rope made from recycled cellulose polymer in a natural tone. A lacquered stainless-steel frame connects the wooden structure to the four legs. The footrest is a scaled replica of the armchair and matches the chair's technical specifications.
