SILVANO PIERDONÀ, 2020 — Flyer is the result of an exercise in synthesis that leaves only the essential: a handle that disappears, and a door that silently glides along its tracks before gently closing. Clean lines define its volumes, making it a minimal and functional piece of furniture, which is at the same time embellished by intricate details. What sets it apart is its colour. Its palette’s dazzling monochrome is particularly striking, and matches the piece’s interior to its exterior and feet. A unique piece which lends a contemporary, informal touch to shared and private spaces. Cabinets with sliding doors. External sides and upstand are 2 mm thick and overlap by 22 mm on superior of structure. The cabinets rest on adjustable feet H 100 mm matt lacquered in the same color as the cabinet. The sliding door mechanism is fitted with a micrometric adjustment that allows the precise alignment of the handle to the external side in the closed position. The mechanism is slowed both in closing and opening.
