A contemporary interpretation of classic Asian vases with their bold visual impact, the Arya Vase, by Giulio Cappellini and Antonio Facco, is made of paste-coloured glass that has been mouth-blown into a mould. Available in three sizes, the Arya vases also reflect their eastern influences in the palette selected for the project: super glossy white, air force blue and chocolate, colours which are evocative of the beautiful hues of antique porcelain and typical glassware from the Orient. The Arta vase is an eloquently strong presence that, besides glorifying flowers and greenery, can also be used to give character to a space, on its own or in a set with vases of other dimensions. The fruit of the ancient art of master glassmakers, Arya vases are one-of-a-kind. Any irregularities in the colour or thickness of the glass, or any tiny air bubbles, are due to the artisanal workmanship, and likewise should be considered a valuable addition.
