SeaPan WP 28/G - fireproof acoustic, composite wall sandwich panel based on basalt and ceramic matrix with the following characteristics: Low specific gravity Noninflammability and non-combustibility No smoke or fuses in a fire High temperature resistance Low thermal conductivity High noise-insulating properties Immunity to vibration Moisture-resistant Good breathability Handling with conventional cutting tools Easy disposal The new optimum solution for manufacturing of cabin walls in shipbuilding and/or similar application on land. The use of lightweight composite materials in SeaPan WP 28/G panel with a specific weight of only about 9.8 kg/m², makes it possible to considerably reduce the total weight of the finished construction. A specific feature of this panel is the excellent soundproofing. The design of the panel allows to achieve high sound insulation (> 48 dB) with a thickness of two-layer partition not more than 80 mm with fire resistance class B-15. The panel can be delivered ready for installation and requires no further processing. The tongue-and-groove connection system we use significantly reduces the time spent on installation. Good mechanical properties of the panel, besides, allow to apply in work with it screw and dowel-screw variants of fastening both at reception flat, and angular connections. Thanks to its antiseptic properties, SeaPan panels prevent the occurrence of mold and fungal damage.
