Abitare la Terra is an innovative product design by Maria Luisa Brighenti, designer and ceramicist. The Collection, consisting of 26 colours, in 7 modular sizes and with 2 exclusive decorative textures, was created to accompany and promote the many different architectural, stylistic and furniture trends in architecture on the global scene. It comprises 5 colour families developed over two different materials: porcelain stoneware, with a silky soft surface, and white-body double fired tiles, with their bright, deep surface finish. From delicate neutral tones and subtle pastel colours to more intense shades, each colour of Abitare la Terra is designed to produce harmonic spaces with strong identity. They are enhanced by the Accento range of 9 bright, rich colours with a material quality, offered for use as accent colours in surroundings created with the Abitare la Terra colour shades, or as an independent collection for producing surfaces with a marked character. Abitare la Terra combines the skill and craftsmanship of Cerasarda with the cutting-edge technologies of Gruppo Romani. It’s a true ceramic material for contemporary living.
