1 . Draw the frame line of the medical board on the wall space according to the layout diagram of the metope and the actual conditions. 2 . Pre-assemble the longitudinal and horizontal beams on the ground according to the layout diagram , with each assembled unit not exceeding 6m and the interval between beams being 300 to 400mm in general. 3 . Formally install beams on the wall space by using expansion bolts and metal corner connectors Use L-shape aluminum alloy connections to fix at the intersections of longitudinal beams and horizontal beams. 4 . Install the substrate on beams as per requirements , and the substrate should be fixed and leveled with neat seam. 5 . Dispense dedicated structural adhesive on the back of medical board The position of structural adhesive is just required to meet paste require -ments . Then position the medical board through double-faced adhesive tape and stick the medical board on the substrate . The seam can be processed in conventional ways. 6 . After the structural adhesive solidifies , clear away the protecting film on the medical board and clean up the surface.
