• Press forming: laminate formed under high pressure; inspect sheet thickness and surface quality
• Pre-delivery inspection: trim edges, inspect appearance, size and thickness; transfer qualified sheets to finished goods
• Non-conforming items are segregated for rework or returned to supplier

Packaging: goods packed in plywood cases or on plywood pallets; sheets thicker than 5 mm typically shipped on pallets.
