Addressable systems work on a 2 wire loop system, each of the devices has an address and can reply back to the control panel giving its address and status. The control panel then analyses the data to establish the status of the device and can report devices as being normal, fault, pre-alarm and fire.
ZP Optical Smoke Detector: Sensitive to larger smoke particles produced by slow burning smouldering fires.
ZP Thermal Sensor: Responds to changes in ambient temperature and provides reliable response in areas unsuitable for smoke detectors owing to unsuitable conditions i.e. steam or cooking.
ZP Combination Smoke and Heat Detector: Provides accurate warning of fire. Smoke sensing can be isolated at set times of day where ambient smoke may exist at certain times – i.e. when a building is occupied.
ZP Multisensing Fire Detector: Next generation of early warning fire detectors – combines dynamic results of rates of change patterns and absolute levels of smoke and heat to identify real fire criteria.
