SMART | digital oasis | smart shelter The Digital Oasis project consists of a smart gazebo, self-powered by solar panels, which can accommodate up to six people. In addition to their workstation, it also provides them with electricity to power their laptops. It is a gazebo to be installed in public municipal parks in place of the classic wooden pergolas, or in places inaccessible to electricity (for example in the mountains, remote places, beaches). The project is designed to satisfy the growing trend of digital nomads and smart working in general. It is proposed to all those public or private entities that decide to offer an outdoor workstation to those who have the possibility of working remotely (freelancers of all kinds, IT experts, Digital Nomads, Copywriters, Vloggers, Travel Bloggers, Bike Bloggers, and all those who need shade support and an electrical network to be able to carry out their work through a PC, including students. Designed to be shared also by users with reduced mobility thanks to the elimination of the raised wooden platform which represented an architectural barrier; the oasis in this version is fixed directly on the solid surface present, such as concrete screed, asphalt;
