Based out of a National Historic Landmark in San Francisco, celebrated designer Ken Fulk has transformed Saint Joseph's Church into a 22,000-square-foot-art, retail, and performance space designed to provide a haven, a forum and a source of inspiration for artists, patrons and the public. A truly epic undertaking, we were honoured to be cabinet maker of choice for the exhibition kitchen, and the project was managed by our San Francisco based design consultancy. Original sketches illustrate how our Architectural Collection gives an air of modernity which perfectly complements the elegant classicism of the 1913 Interior architecture. Made using traditional cabinet it features a square framed door and recessed panel detailed with bolection moulding. The furniture was hand crafted and finished in Cool Walnut with Burr Inlay in our UK workshop and shipped to San Francisco for onsite installation.
