Colcom is very glad to introduce you to SLAK, its new sliding system with a special guarding case. Its peculiar features are extreme lightness and reduced size of the external case, as well as the robustness of its sliding mechanism. SLAK is suitable for a wide range of architectural applications both modern and straightforward.SLAK can be adopted for installations on ceiling or wall. It is available in different versions with single or double panel; both solutions either with sliding panels only or with fixed side panel as well. Colcom, in accordance with its business philosophy, wishes to promote SLAK at a very competitive price. SOFT-CLOSE (Item.BS35) is a new equipment for SLAK and SLAK-2 sliding door systems. It’s an internal mechanism of damped closure that allows a controlled stop. With SOFT-CLOSE the door is slowly braked and automatically places itself so to silently touch the door rabbet. This movement prevents the wear of the door and possible dumps on frame. SOFT-CLOSE is not included and it is available at customer request.
