WASSSERLAC AL QUARZO ANTIALGA is a water-base paint for exterior use, and offers excellent resistance to atmospheric agents and pollutants, good breathability and, thanks to its special formulation - enriched with anti-mould additives - preserves treated surfaces against the formation of mould, algae and moss. The resin acrylic with which it is made confers high resistance to washing and to alkaline environments typical of cement surfaces and mortars in general. The pigments and powdered quartz in the product make it particularly suited to guaranteeing covering power and uniformity to the surface. When dry, WASSSERLAC AL QUARZO ANTIALGA appears matt and slightly rough or dappled. According to Kunzle's theory, a cycle of treatment comprising ISOMARC and WASSSERLAC AL QUARZO ANTIALGA is protective of a building in that it comprises a capillary absorption of water less than 0.5 kg sq.m. h 0.5, and a resistance to water vapour diffusion less than 2 m.
