Polymer block swimming pool CLASSIC 83

non-slipoutdoorindoor

Overview
The CLASSIC 83 is a carbon-infused ceramic self-cleaning pool designed for projects requiring generous swim area and integrated architectural finishes. Engineered for reduced maintenance and improved hydraulics, it suits larger private residences, hotel or wellness installations and indoor/outdoor architectural applications.

Design & Shape

• Shape: Rectangular layout with extended length for swim lanes and leisure zones.
• Access: Corner steps with integrated bench providing comfortable seating and circulation space.
• Bottom: Flat bottom for consistent water depth and easy installation of counter-current systems.

Key Features

• Safety ledge for user comfort and shallow-area activities.
• Non-slip coating on steps and floor for secure access.
• High-Level Skimmer: colour-matched, enabling the highest usable water level to improve visual integration with terraces and decks.
• Integrated rollo cover compatible: under-water slatted compartment with options in solar PVC, polycarbonate or anti-algae slats; load capacity up to 100 kg and can be fitted to child-safety standards.

Technologies & Materials

• CERAMIC CORE: Patented ceramic core within a multi-layer structure for superior stiffness, resistance to osmosis and enhanced thermal insulation.
• ARMOURSHIELD+: Protective outer layer improving resistance to mechanical wear and UV exposure.
• CARBON EDITION: Reinforcements in high-stress zones to increase durability for semi-immersed or above-ground installations.
• VANTAGE: Near-invisible self-cleaning circulation system delivering approximately 80–90% automatic cleaning, optimising water flow and reducing chemical and manual maintenance.
• HYDROPRO™: Patented hydrostatic protection valve to counter ground water pressure more effectively than conventional systems.
• MAXI RIB Technology: Hollow rib structure allowing freestanding or semi-freestanding installations on sloping sites, rooftops or indoor settings.
• Saltwater compatibility: Reinforced construction suitable for saltwater systems to provide lower chemical use and softer water feel.

Rollo Cover Details

• Integrated slatted cover stored in a colour-matched compartment beneath the waterline for discreet aesthetic integration.
• Top finishes: tile stone or pool-colour trim options for seamless connection to surrounding architecture.
• Slat options: solar PVC, polycarbonate or anti-algae materials for enhanced UV and mechanical resistance.
• Optional V4A stainless-steel structure (Beach Line) creating an elegant underwater bench element.

Pool Finishes
Dual-layer colour system with Nova™ and Bi-Luminate finishes offering enhanced 3D appearance and algae resistance. Available finishes include Nova Stone, Nova Grey, Nova Anthracite, Nova Pearl, Nova Navy, Nova Blue and selected Bi-Luminate tones to match design palettes.

Projects & Applications
Recommended for self-cleaning pool installations, pools with counter-current systems, indoor pools, semi-immersed or above-ground installations enabled by MAXI RIB technology; well-suited to architectural projects requiring flush waterlines and integrated covers.
