The wall formwork Comaxis a high-quality, high-performance jet capacity with a pressure rate of 100 kn per square meter.
This formwork system is designed to cast earth retaining walls ("g.1), walls ("g.2), pillars ("g,3) and any other vertical casting. All the panels have horizontal elements with drilling holes every 5 cm ("g.4): this allows the use of any standard panel as jolly panel and to avoid wood compensation.
The surface finishing is made with RAL2009 coloured powder paint for the steel version. The formwork has a perimeter frame, with welded CU purling beams every 30 cm, on which a Finnish wooden multilayered 18mm thick panel with a 220/220 g/m2 phenolic covering is fixed with selfdrilling screws ("g.5).
If needed it’s possible to drill the surface to add a protection bush. DW15 and DW20 tie-rods pass through the CU beams, allowing the formworks to be used also for inclined casting up to 6°.
COMAX formwork can be used in every construction site, big or small. The connection between panels is ensured by two types of wedge clamps: the fixed clamp and the adjustable patented UNA clamp.
For the realization of closed spaces, such as elevator shafts, stairwells and the formwork system for walls Comax has angles of arming / disarming.
With COMAX it is possble to build walls up to 12 m high.
Pillars sized from 20x20 up to 70x70 cm, with rectangular or squared section, are build with 90 cm jolly panels.
