Betemi circular columns are produced automatically by shotcreting. Their surface can either be gray troweled concrete or polished concrete. Coloured concrete and different types of aggregates can also be used to produce a variety of surface textures. In this case, only the final coat is made of this more expensive material. Betemi columns can be load-bearing or decorative. Their are generally one story high, with a maximum height of 4 m and a maximum diameter of 1.2 m. Conical shapes can also be produced.
