The Capstone Pratt truss design can be an all-bolted or an all-welded structure with a continuous arched top chord, a single diagonal member in each truss panel, vertical end posts, and a vertical member at each interior bottom chord panel point. Similar to most of our vehicular bridges, the bottom (tension) chord of each truss can be designed with two equal members to provide redundancy to the superstructure.
