Product overview
Forklift covers designed to protect forklifts from weather, dust, UV, frost and snow. Constructed for repeated use and available in multiple fabric grades to match operating conditions and storage needs.

Materials & construction
Fabrics: fade-resistant PVC-coated polyester or solution-dyed polyester with PU coating. Seams are stitch-sealed to minimize leaks. Integrated air vents reduce mold and mildew risk. Fabrics selected for abrasion, tear, frost and snow resistance.

Available fabric options

• Cover Max — 1000 Denier PVC-coated polyester, 13 oz, tarp-grade material.
• Cover Rite — 600 Denier solution-dyed polyester with PU coating, 8 oz, cloth-like finish.
• Cover Tuff — 1000 Denier PVC-coated polyester, 18 oz, industrial / extreme-weather grade.

Customization & fit
Fully customizable to ensure a tailored fit. Customers provide height and dimensions; manufacturer adds 1–2" leeway on width/depth for easier installation and removal. Options include logo or text personalization and color choices.

Tie-downs and securement
Multiple tie-down options: drawstrings, elastic bottom, push clips, elastic+push clip combination, split zippers or no tie-down. Rust-free brass grommets available for extra stability.
