Recycling is the process of reusing partially or entirely the materials that make up an end-of-life in order to manufacture new products. In this process, industrial or household wastes become raw materials.
Pieces of broken glass inclusions come from abandoned materials. In this way, their production does not require new raw materials and prevents the accumulation of waste.
If Dacryl® PMMA can be smelted and remoulded, the easiest way of recycling it is depolymerisation.
When heated, PMMA restores its original monomer MMA which can be reused for a new polymerization.
All our offcuts and wastes are recycled.
