Headboard and bed surround structure: wooden frame padded with polyurethane foam, and resin-backed velveteen upholstery. The bed surround is supplied in a standard disassembled version. The central headboard can be ordered on its own, or with the lateral headboards, with or without their respective night tables. Only the upholstery of the bed surround bands is removable in this model. The moulded metal feet of the bed surround and night tables come in the following colours: black, white, antique gold or silver leaf. Orthopaedic mattress frame (with or without storage bin): metal weight-bearing frame with steam-bent beechwood slats. In the storage version, the components of the pneumatic manual lifting mechanism are made of metal and the bottom of the bin is made of wood. The storage version does not come with moulded metal feet Mattress: core of steel helical springs, felt padded with wool and cotton. Night tables: solid wood structure (bolted to headboard) with two sliding drawers on metal guides. Available in various colours. Transparent glass top panel available uponrequest with fabric or leather insert to match bed upholstery.
