Created for the refurbishment project of the Cagliari seafront, Décowood Poetto slats are inspired by the golden colour of the sand on the Sardinian beach and have been designed for application in high-traffic public environments. Décowood is the result of a revolutionary formula that combines hardwood powder, recycled polymers and fibreglass to create a delicate and textured composite wood, offering a blend of unique values in terms of technical and aesthetic characteristics.Thanks to the use of fibreglass, a material widely used in the aeronautical and industrial sectors for its proven mechanical resistance, the Fibreglass formula that lies at the heart of Décowood® allows for the creation of a product that is up to 40% more resistant and sturdy than traditional composite woods.With a finely crafted surface texture that recreates the look and feel of wood, Décowood creates the authentic experience of natural wood.
