STOCKBLOC offers comprehensive custom archiving and storage solutions thanks to its wide range of accessories and configurations. Frames (Sides): manufactured with two “T” shaped hollow profiles with a section of 34 x 42 mm and a thickness of 1.5 mm which allows the shelves to be set without screws every 25 mm thanks to their configuration according to “rack”. It includes some rails embedded between two struts so that the whole structure gains in strength and rigidity thus avoiding the possible buckling of the assembled assembly. The frame is painted in epoxy in RAL color to choose. All elements are configured with blunt corners to avoid sharp edges. Tray with welded reinforcement omega: In all the modalities of trays reinforcing omegas with blunt edges can be incorporated to increase the load capacity, avoiding deformations and buckles. The number of omegas depends on the size of the tray and the weights to be supported. Triple anchor tray support (Standard): Galvanized sheet tray supports with triple anchoring system that allows even distribution of the weight of the tray in the rack without causing deformities or notches in the holes. The purpose of the third anchorage located on the front of the tray is to avoid twisting in the open joint between the front and the side of the tray guaranteeing perfect stability of the whole. These supports allow a load of up to 250 kg per tray (according to a study carried out in an approved scientific laboratory).
