Three sided Z profile frame painted in epoxy-polyester powder dark brown paint, with frame ties or bolt holes, auto-expanding hot fume seal, 3 standard 3 leaf hinges adjustable in height on painted steel ball, heat expanding seal on three sides, standard self closure with spiral spring incorporated in the hinges. Electro-galvanised sheet steel blank door with high density insulation, mortise type lock with 3 locking points with European type Yale cylinder, 3 Patent keys, accident prevention handles (handle/handle) on opaque black resin plaque, with handle and/or push-bar option, brown plastic coated steel rim, auto-expanding hot fume seal, automatic mobile sill and standard cold fume seal on frame.
