Description

With Dinesen Layers, you get an engineered floor of the high quality that characterises Dinesen’s plank floors. Dinesen Layers Oak distinguishes itself from other lamella constructed floors as it consists of three quality layers that are pressed together with a reverse middle layer – all in European Oak. An elegant and subtle solution. Classic Subtle structure with a classic expression. Harmonious and calm. Fewer knots. Natural Dynamic structure with a natural expression. Authentic and warm. More knots. Long-lasting planks with a thick wear layer of 6 millimetres/0.2 inches Excellent utilisation of the raw wood Extraordinary dimensions Oak planks give you an elegant, almost understated look As an old family business, we appreciate the importance of planning for the future. Therefore, we only use raw wood from sustainable forestry where the stands are tended with the greatest care and respect for nature. We source most of our wood from Germany, but we also work with other European countries where forestry has been based on sustainable principles for centuries. An important element of sustainable forestry is cutting down one tree at a time, thus giving the trees a chance to grow strong and live out their total capacity, before they are felled and ready to serve new purposes. That is sustainability in practice.
