Its two sections allow the steel Duo floor protection plate to evolve throughout the year depending on the use of the stove. When the stove is not in use, the removable section of the floor protection plate located at the front can be stored to avoid unnecessarily cluttering the space. During the heating period, when placed beneath the stove, the floor protection plate protects floors made from combustible materials (such as wood flooring or vinyl) from the risk of fire and damage caused by falling embers. This floor protection plate also marks out a safety zone around the stove.
