The renovation frame allows to install windows without removing the old wooden frames. This solution is often used in historic buildings, to avoid the risk of facade damage. Thanks to the reduced height of the frame, despite leaving the old frame, the light area in the window does not get smaller. Renovation frame has a masking profile, which forms an aesthetic strap on the internal side of the mounted window. It is possible to apply a masking strip as well on the outside.
