HDF core, sheathed with the chlorine-free polyblend based on PP/TPE, with flexible soft lip at the top and bottom. Due to the thickness of the core strip, a tension lever XL (black handle) must be used.

Assembly / Installation
Assembly follows the same procedure as for the EP 60 except for repositioning the tension lever to the XL setting. Installation recommendation: use Döllken hot-melt adhesive and the Döllken mitre tool. To ensure correct punching you must use the clamping device XL.
